Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS

If you experience any issues with our products, please contact us directly within 90 days (see limited warranty). We are committed to resolving problems quickly. Prior approval from Pinlights is required before returning any items for repair or replacement. All original materials—including boards, cables, and accessories—must be included with the return. Based on our assessment, we will repair, replace, or exchange the product as appropriate. Pinlights reserves the right to deny any return or exchange, and refunds are not provided. Pinlights is not responsible for shipping damage on inbound returns or replacements. Pinlights will cover the shipping cost for the return trip back to you only.

WARRANTY

Pinlights provides a LIMITED WARRANTY covering defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the delivery date of the purchased product. During this period, Pinlights (d/b/a 86Pixels LLC) will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective product returned by the original purchaser to us or to one of our authorized dealers.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by abuse, misuse, accidents, or electrical power issues

  • Use inconsistent with the instruction manual

  • Commercial use of the product

  • Damage to items used in conjunction with the product

  • Products for which payment has not been received

This warranty grants you specific legal rights, which may vary depending on your location. Pinlights’ liability for defects is strictly limited to repair and/or replacement under the terms of this warranty. All express and implied warranties—including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose—are disclaimed. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, third-party claims, or personal injury related to use of this product. Some regions do not allow exclusion or limitation of such damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
