We Ship Worldwide

Orders for high-demand or backordered items are shipped every Friday. We deliver straight to our major UPS hub so your items start moving in the UPS network immediately.

Orders for in-stock items are shipped the following business day.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 8-5PM Central Standard Time.

Orders are generally shipped in bulk via UPS on Fridays. We deliver directly to the main UPS hub in Austin, Texas so that packages are moving within the UPS network the same day.

Pre-order items will have their own individual shipment schedules based on manufacturing and testing lead times. Refer to the individual product pages for those shipment estimates.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.  Please note that the tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update depending on the carrier.

Shipping can be combined wherever possible. Please note that some of our products require special boxes and packing to ship securely, but we will make every effort to combine shipping when multiple products are ordered.

If you have placed two separate orders that haven’t shipped yet, please email us.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise on the exact amount of such charges since they are specific to each location.
