Metal Cabinet Mount Installation

Installation instructions for the optional metal cabinet mounting brackets.

When to use these

The metal cabinet mounts are an optional accessory designed for use with mirror blades or cabinet art blades. They provide optimal support for the light bars without typical adhesion issues, and eliminate the risk of the light bars pulling your art off the inside of the cabinet.

1

Position the Light Bar

Place the light bar between the cabinet wall and the glass channel.

Do not place the metal mount inside of the glass channel.
2

Apply the Adhesive Strip (If Needed)

If the cabinet mount has issues staying in place, use the included adhesive strip on the inside of the cabinet mounting bracket. Otherwise, leave the paper liner attached for easy, residue-free removal later.

3

Repeat on the Other Side

Repeat the process on the other side of the cabinet.

4

Secure the Light Bar to the Metal Mount

Secure the light bar to the metal mount.

Note: Your factory light bars ship with steel-based adhesive strips on the back. When using the metal cabinet mounts, these can be pulled off and stored for potential later use.

Manufacturer tolerances

Due to variances in cabinet manufacturing tolerances between manufacturers, the metal brackets may not be exactly flush with the cabinet.
